Knomart has one flat Agent category. Progression does not happen through personal Agent tiers. Instead, an Agent can build experience across different merchants and business types.

This keeps the opportunity open. An Agent who meets a genuine merchant is not required to wait for a special category or separate sales permission before discussing a Knomart app.

But competence still matters

Open selling does not mean every Agent has the same experience. Knomart's model allows optional vertical badges earned by exam and displayed on the public profile.

These badges help competence become visible. A merchant can see relevant experience and choose an Agent who has demonstrated knowledge in that area.

Permission and competence are different

The important distinction is simple: badges help show competence; they do not create exclusive selling rights. An Agent can work across business types while merchants still have information that helps them make a choice.
