1. Open Your Products Section
Log in to your Knomart account and go to the Products section. This is where you manage the products you want to present through your catalogue.
2. Add a Product
Start a new listing by selecting the option to add a product. Begin with the product customers are most likely to understand and look for.
3. Add the Important Details
Enter the product name, category, description, price and stock information. Use a clear name rather than a clever one that makes the product difficult to identify. The description should answer the questions a customer is likely to have before enquiring or buying.
4. Upload Clear Photos
Use bright, real photographs that show the product clearly. Where useful, include different angles or details that help someone understand what they are considering. Avoid blurry or misleading images.
5. Set Availability
Make sure your stock information is accurate and indicate how the product can be obtained or sold. Keeping availability current helps prevent customers from finding information that no longer matches reality.
6. Review Before You Publish
Read the listing from a customer's point of view. Check the name, description, price, photos and stock. Ask yourself: “If I saw only this listing, would I understand what is being offered?” Fix anything unclear before saving and publishing.
Keep Your Listings Fresh
Listing a product is not a one-time task. Update prices and stock when they change, add new products when appropriate, and remove products you no longer sell. Accurate information makes your catalogue more useful for discovery.
